These felt ornaments are handmade in Nepal in their family-owned workshop that follows fair trade practices. They employ more than 200 women who were at risk for human trafficking and who now make a fair wage and work in a safe environment. They take a portion of their profits to pay school tuition for their workers' children each year and reimburse employees for medical expenses.
